Position Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end management of the MemberFranchisee channel, with primary focus on onboarding and enabling Authorized Persons (APs) and franchisees. You will ensure seamless execution of account openings, terminal installations, compliance formalities and documentation, while driving business growth across equity products and generating revenue for franchise partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in franchise/channel management, financial services or broking operations.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and exchange/member operations.
• Experience working with broking members, exchanges or distribution networks would be preferred
• Comfortable with travel as required.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Own end-to-end onboarding and handholding of new APs and franchisees (account opening, KYC/compliance checks, terminal/setup).
• Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements for Members and their APs.
• Negotiate, prepare and execute franchise agreements and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist franchisees with product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies through regular training and guidance.
• Support APs to grow business across equity products and identify revenue opportunities for franchisees.
• Ensure all business activities are in line with SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement
