Franchisee Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. • Connect with prospective franchise partners and investors.
2. • Generate leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
3. • Explain franchise business opportunities, investment requirements, and benefits.
4. • Understand investors' budgets, business interests, and preferred locations.
5. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the business development team.
6. • Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospects.
7. • Update lead details, follow-up status, and call records in the CRM.
8. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
9. • Coordinate franchise presentations, site visits, and documentation.
10. • Track competitor offerings and prepare regular lead-generation and conversion reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1. • Experience: 12 years.
2. • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3. • Preferred Background: Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
4. • Skills: Good communication, lead generation, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management.
5. • Other Requirements: Comfortable with calling targets, CRM updates, and sales follow-ups.
6. • Preference: Female candidates preferred.
