Job Description – Franchisee Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into franchise partners.
• Manage the complete franchise sales process from inquiry to closure.
• Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and business negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate franchise onboarding, documentation, and agreements.
• Develop sales strategies to expand the company's franchise network.

Required Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Excellent lead conversion and deal-closing abilities.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong business development skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales or franchise development experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
