Franchisee Operations & Supply Chain

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate franchisee and job-worker operations across India for an reputed FMCG/food manufacturing business.

The role will involve ensuring smooth coordination between franchisees/job workers and internal teams for procurement, production, quality, manpower and timely product supply.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating franchisees and job workers across India.
• Identifying and evaluating suitable franchisees/job workers.
• Ensuring raw materials and packaging materials are procured as per approved SOPs.
• Coordinating production planning, capacity, output and timelines.
• Ensuring production follows defined quality standards, processes and SOPs.
• Coordinating with Quality, Purchase, Production, Sales and other internal teams.
• Monitoring manpower requirements at job-worker locations.
• Identifying production and supply bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinating with government/statutory authorities wherever required.
• Ensuring timely production and supply as per required quantity and quality.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy or Pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of purchase, production, quality and supply-chain processes.

Experience managing multiple franchisees/job workers and willingness to travel across India are important.

Important: Strong career stability is required, with a preference for candidates who have spent at least 3 years with their previous organisation.
