Franchising Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management and monitoring of franchise operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Monitor the operational performance of franchisees and provide regular updates and reports to Immediate Supervisor
• Ensure operational excellence by supporting the implementation of best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular franchise performance reviews and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze operational, financial, and sales data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Monitor sales performance and assist franchisees in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of marketing, promotional, and business development activities across franchise locations.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related concerns.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with franchisees and serve as a point of contact for operational concerns.
• Assist in franchise onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new franchisees and their staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support for franchise operational requirements.
• Identify operational risks and compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in the implementation of risk management, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate franchise records, reports, contracts, and other related documentation.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on franchise performance, operational compliance, and business development activities.
• Support franchise expansion initiatives, including franchise recruitment, lead generation, and market research activities.
• Assist in evaluating prospective franchisees and processing franchise applications and requirements.
• Monitor franchise agreement compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections to assess operational performance and compliance when necessary.
• Recommend process improvements and operational enhancements to improve franchise efficiency and profitability.
• Facilitate communication between franchisees and Management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of franchise, company, and client information at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, retail operations, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of business operations, sales monitoring, and basic financial analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to monitor multiple franchise locations and handle various tasks simultaneously.

• Customer-service oriented and able to build professional relationships with franchisees and clients.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
