Francis Aviation-Line Service Technician

We are currently looking for candidates to fill positions as Line Service Techs in Santa Teresa, NM.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to:

• Fuel aircraft in accordance with industry specifications and quality control standards.
• Responsible for line service operations to include but not limited to:

o Operate ground support equipment

o Tow and marshal aircraft.

o Assist pilots with aircraft pre- and post-flight services.

o Direct passengers and flight crews on the ramp area

o Load/unload baggage

• Facilities maintenance and upkeep
• Customer Service and Promotion of Service

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 1yr prior line service technician or ground handling experience strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record and able to pass a background check.
• Skilled in customer service, time management, highly organized self-starter who can multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Able and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Under the direction and guidance of the Fixed Base Operations Manager/Supervisor, the Line Service Technician is responsible for a safe, compliant and efficient FBO operation for aircraft fueling, ground handling, facilities and customer service.
