Transaction Monitoring Analyst

London Based, Full Time.

Cardaq is looking for a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to support our Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in identifying and investigating fraud and financial crime risks across our payments and merchant-acquiring operations.

You’ll manage transaction monitoring alerts and investigations from initial review through to resolution, including Requests for Information (RFIs), internal escalations and recommendations for further action .

Working closely with the FIU Team Lead, Risk Operations and Compliance, you’ll ensure investigations are thorough, well documented and auditable .

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fraud, risk or financial crime who can use sound judgement, take ownership and work confidently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
