Job Title: Fraud Analyst ( Card and Dispute)

Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Shift: Rotational

Annual Salary: 5.5 LPA

Job Overview :--

The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for managing card-related disputes and chargebacks while ensuring timely resolution of both fraud and non-fraud cases. This role demands strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and effective written communication to manage chat-based customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :--

Handle disputes and chargebacks, including fraud and non-fraud card transactions, in compliance with internal and external regulations.

Manage case investigations using Visas VROL (Visa Resolve Online) platform.

Analyze chargeback data and trends to identify potential fraud patterns.

Communicate effectively with customers via chat to resolve queries and disputes promptly.

Make informed, time-sensitive decisions to minimize financial loss and customer dissatisfaction.

Conduct research and validate transaction data with attention to detail and critical judgment.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance dispute resolution processes and improve fraud detection strategies.

Mandatory Experience :--

Minimum 1 year of experience in disputes and chargebacks.

Proven background in handling card disputes (fraud and non-fraud).

Hands-on experience with Visa's VROL system (preferred).

Prior experience in chat-based customer support.Skills and Competencies strong written communication and customer-handling skills.

Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.

Proficient computer literacy and internet research capabilities.
