• Employment Type: C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
• Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
• Project Start Date: 16 November 2026
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timings

• Early Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Night: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Shift flexibility is mandatory, including rotational week-offs and holiday working as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious financial transactions and fraud alerts.
• Conduct 360-degree fraud reviews and identify fraud patterns.
• Investigate ATO, identity theft, payment fraud, card fraud, and first-party fraud.
• Analyze customer profiles and transaction histories to identify risk indicators.
• Recommend case closure, escalation, and fraud mitigation actions.
• Maintain investigation records and support SAR filing wherever applicable.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in Fraud Detection, Fraud Investigation, or Fraud Analysis.
• Knowledge of suspicious transactions, financial fraud patterns, and investigation procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
