Fraud Analyst Intern

• This internship is for the Winter Term: January 4, 2027 - April 30, 2027
• This is a great opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in fraud operations
• As a part of the broader Strategic Operations team, you will learn how the business works and have a direct impact on the customer experience
• There will be opportunities to assist special projects
• This internship is a good fit for a student with foundational business knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with people!
• Review customer accounts in order to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes
• Assess / Leverage data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
• Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure we’re being proactive in our fraud mitigation efforts
• Opportunity to participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks
