Job Description

We are seeking a Fraud Manager to lead the organization's fraud risk management initiatives, ensuring effective prevention, detection, investigation, and mitigation of fraud risks across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance fraud risk management frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Lead fraud monitoring, investigations, and incident response activities.
• Identify emerging fraud risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Provide fraud risk insights and recommendations to Management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to strengthen fraud controls and prevention measures.
• Lead, develop, and oversee the Fraud Management team.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Fraud Risk Management, Fraud Investigation, Financial Crime, Risk Management, Banking, FinTech, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of leadership or managerial experience.
