A s a Fraud Representa tive, play a key role in protecting the integrity of the organization and ensuring business continuity by preventing and detecting fraudulent activities. The primary focus of this role is the validation and monitoring of carriers and dispatchers within the logistics industry.

Responsibilies

• Validate carrier and dispatcher information and documentation.
• Monitor carrier activity and identify potential fraud risks.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Track shipments and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate freight movements using the company's TMS and other logistics platforms.
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight charges, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment and investigation records.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize operational risks.
• Monitor time-sensitive loads and proactively report delays.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken & written) – Mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, call centers, customer service, or call center experience..
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Billing, invoicing, or accounts support experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured way.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools.
• Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
