  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to share insights, investigate fraud-related issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Fraud Awareness: Provide guidance and training to employees on fraud prevention practices and emerging risks.
  • Incident Response: Lead investigations and coordinate response efforts in cases of suspected fraud, security breaches, or other critical incidents.
  • Risk Reporting: Prepare and present reports on fraud and risk metrics, emerging trends, incidents, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
  • Financial Risk Investigation: Investigate incidents involving financial risks and identify their root causes and potential impact.
  • Corrective Actions: Develop and implement measures to mitigate the impact of fraud and financial risk incidents and prevent similar issues in the future.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in economics, analytics, statistics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a methodical and logical approach to problem-solving and a high level of accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Language Skills: Native-level Russian and English at B1+ level or higher.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (09:00–17:00 or 17:00–01:00 GMT+3), including weekends when required.
