What they need
Job Responsibilities
- Handle calls at Fault Reporting
- Centre for customer complaints
- Assign jobs to on-site technical team and work with them to resolve issues
- Prioritize jobs and escalate to higher management / client in an appropriate manner
- Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems and other alarm monitoring systems
- Provide regular updates and reports to higher management / customers / end-users
- Part of on-site response team for high priority jobs and emergency cases
Job Requirements
- NITEC /Higher NITEC/Professional Certificate in Electrical / Aircon / Mechanical Services
- Customer oriented
- Good in PC Skills
- Able to work in rotating shift environment (a must) and thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
