About the role

Data Verification / Warehouse Office Assistant role based at a Warehouse / Distribution Center. The position involves verifying, updating, and maintaining warehouse data accurately in the system, performing data entry for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and stock transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, update, and maintain warehouse data accurately in the system
• Perform data entry for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and stock transactions
• Cross-check documents and records to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with warehouse operations staff to resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain filing and documentation of delivery orders, invoices, and inventory records
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits when required
• Support general administrative and operational duties assigned by management

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Strong data entry and data verification skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to maintaining data accuracy
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, data entry, or related fields is an advantage
• Must be willing to work shift schedules
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
