Freehold Property Manager

Job Overview

The Scott Estates Management Group are looking for a full time experienced residential freehold property manager to be based at our TPI regulated Eastbourne office as we continue to expand and grow our businesses.

You will be responsible for day to day management of part of our our property portfolio, which includes maintenance and works orders, insurance claims, inspections, leases, Section 20’s, AGM’s and meetings with committee members. You will be working alongside our other property managers, compliancy, admin & dedicated accounts team.

You will have a minimum of three years' previous experience as a freehold property manager, exceptional time management skills, excellent customer service skills, be well organised and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We are looking for a pro active team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 8am - 4pm, 37.5 hours per week
