Account Helpdesk Agent

This freelance role is central to ensuring customers have a great day at work every day. As an Account Helpdesk Agent, you’re responsible for delivering excellent customer support: taking ownership of issues and efficiently resolving queries. Operating as an independent contractor, you’ll work remotely and set your own schedule, getting paid for the number of cases you resolve.

The tasks include:

• Handling customer enquiries email including billing, payment queries, and complaints, with a strong focus on first‑contact resolution.
• Managing cases end‑to‑end, updating customers on progress when escalation is needed, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Achieving individual targets for case completion and query resolution

About you

Ideally, you’ll have some experience of customer service and resolving issues. You’ll need to be a good communicator, fluent in the local language, and able to adapt to suit different customers and scenarios. You’ll need strong problem‑solving skills, good written communication skills and the ability to follow templates and guidelines. Above all, you’ll be focused on ensuring all our customers only ever receive a truly world-class service.

As a freelancer, you’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule, and be paid based on the number of cases you successfully resolve via an invoicing process.
