What they need
Role: Freelance AI Operations Trainer
We are looking for experienced Process / Operations Trainers on a freelance basis to conduct training sessions for large groups of candidates working on an AI operations project.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured virtual training sessions for groups of 100+ participants.
- Train candidates on AI operations processes, workflows, tools, and SOPs.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and Q&A sessions.
- Follow provided training material and ensure participants understand the process.
- Coordinate with our internal training and operations team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Process Training, Operations Training, BPO/KPO, L&D, or AI/Data Operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable training large groups online.
- AI/data annotation/content moderation experience is an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Engagement: Freelance / Project-based
Payment: Per training session
Location: Remote / Online
Availability: Flexible, based on training schedules
