Freelance Candidate Sourcer

Job Summary:
This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer. We're opening our doors to a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. The position is built for a self-starter who does their best work in a performance-based environment. You'll source and screen qualified candidates for open positions, primarily through platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.
Compensation: We pay $200 for each successful placement you make.
This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who are passionate about finding top-tier candidates and confident they can deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source qualified candidates for open positions on platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
2. Reach out to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and walk them through the positions.
3. Screen resumes and job applications to determine each candidate's suitability.
4. Connect with candidates and conduct preliminary screenings to confirm they meet job requirements.
5. Keep a detailed log of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
6. Work with the recruitment team to fine-tune search criteria and stay aligned with job requirements.
7. Proactively build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
8. Give regular updates on candidate sourcing and placement progress.
9. Track and report your sourcing results to improve processes and outcomes.
10. Take part in our team meetings to stay on top of recruitment needs.

Compensation:

1. Base salary: None
2. Performance-based compensation: $200 per successful placement.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards.
2. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
3. Ability to review resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a remote setting.
2. Strong background in lead generation or candidate outreach.
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
4. Familiarity with a range of recruiting platforms and tools.
5. Previous experience with a performance-based compensation structure is a plus.
