Freelance Content Creator & Talent

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-ready Freelance Content Creator to join our team and create engaging beauty and lifestyle content for TikTok and other social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
2. Be the talent/on-camera personality for assigned content.
3. Develop and execute content ideas based on current trends, brand direction, and campaign objectives.
4. Participate in content production, including filming, basic directing, and retaking content when needed.
5. Demonstrate beauty products naturally and confidently on camera.
6. Work closely with the social media and marketing team to deliver content according to the agreed brief and timeline.
7. Stay updated with TikTok trends, beauty trends, viral formats, sounds, and social media culture.
8. Maintain a polished and well present in all content.
9. Be willing to experiment with different content styles, hooks, expressions, and storytelling approaches.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Content Creator, TikTok Creator, Social Media Talent, or similar role is preferred.
2. Experience in the beauty industry or creating beauty-related content is a plus.
3. Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
4. Well present with good personal grooming.
5. Able to do makeup and hair styling independently.
6. Comfortable demonstrating and talking about beauty products on camera.
7. Good communication skills and an expressive personality.
8. Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content trends.
9. Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new content ideas.
10. Able to take direction and work collaboratively with a creative team.
11. Reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
12. Comfortable with frequent filming and multiple takes.
13. Must be available to work from the office 2 days per week (approximately 8 office days per month)*.

Compensation

1. Position: Freelance Content Creator
2. Monthly Fee: IDR 4,000,000 - IDR 6,000,000
3. Working Arrangement: Part Time
4. Office Attendance: 2 days per week / approximately 8 days per month
