Freelance Customer Service Agent

At Dopamine Travel & Tourism, we are passionate about creating exceptional and personalized travel experiences. As a growing travel company, we specialize in providing customized travel solutions, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours, visa assistance, and other travel services for clients around the world.

We are currently looking for a Freelance Independent Contractor to work as a Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, organized, and confident in handling client inquiries and travel-related requests.

This is a freelance independent contractor opportunity, where the selected individual will provide customer service and travel assistance to clients on basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through the assigned communication channels.
• Provide travel information, destination recommendations, and suitable travel options based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with planning travel itineraries and selecting suitable flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel packages.
• Research and provide available travel options and competitive rates based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with travel-related requirements, including visas, travel documents, and destination-specific information.
• Coordinate and confirm travel bookings and assist with itinerary changes, special requests, and amendments.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, bookings, and pending requests.
• Handle customer concerns and travel-related issues professionally, including booking changes, cancellations, and unexpected travel disruptions.
• Coordinate with relevant suppliers and internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the client's travel journey.
• Maintain professional communication and represent Dopamine Travel & Tourism appropriately when dealing with clients and travel partners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities efficiently.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience working in a freelance or independent contractor capacity is an advantage.

Engagement Type

Freelance / Independent Contractor

The selected individual will provide services as an independent contractor and will not be considered an employee of Dopamine Travel & Tourism. The engagement will be governed by a separate Freelance Services Agreement, which will outline the scope of services, fees, responsibilities, and other applicable terms.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£11,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
