Freelance Data Entry Assistant — 3-Month Project

About the role

This is a freelance, project-based engagement for a three-month data-entry project. You will support the company by entering, updating and maintaining information in systems and spreadsheets, reviewing data for accuracy, and organising digital documents.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain information in the company's system or spreadsheets.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Verify information against source documents.
• Identify and report missing, duplicated or incorrect information.
• Organise digital documents and maintain proper filing records.
• Complete assigned tasks according to the project timeline.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company or customer information.
• Provide regular progress updates to the project supervisor.

About you

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good typing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks carefully.
• Responsible, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work full-time from the office for the entire three-month project.
