**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and professional Freelance Event Planning Coordinator to collaborate with us on various events across Dubai and the UAE.

**Requirements**

• Minimum **5 years of experience** in event planning, event management, or event coordination.

• Proven experience in organizing and managing events from start to finish.

• Strong client-handling, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, logistics, and event operations.

• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.

• Candidates with existing client networks and the ability to bring new business are highly preferred.

**Responsibilities**

• Plan and coordinate different types of events.

• Manage event logistics, vendors, suppliers, and client requirements.

• Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Generate new business opportunities and secure event bookings.

• Ensure the successful execution of events.
