• Position: Freelance Project Manager (Event / Roadshow)
• Contract Duration: 1 October 2026 – 8 December 2026 (~2.5 Months)
• Monthly Rate: RM 5,000 / month
• Location: 40 AmBank Branch locations across Malaysia (Outstation travel required)

About the Role

We are urgently looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of the AmAssurance Roadshow 2026. You will be responsible for traveling to key AmBank locations across Malaysia to ensure smooth setup, crew coordination, branch manager liaison, and overall operational success throughout the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadshow Management: Lead and execute daily roadshow operations across 40 scheduled AmBank branches.
• On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with AmBank Branch Managers.
• Crew Management: Supervise, briefing, and manage local crew performance to maintain high execution standards.
• Logistics & Ops: Handle equipment movement, materials management, and event logistics setup/teardown throughout the entire campaign period.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum ~3 years of experience in event management, activation, or roadshow execution.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license (D) and be fully flexible/willing to travel outstation across Malaysia throughout the campaign period.
• Availability: Strong preference given to candidates who can commit to the entire duration (1 Oct – 8 Dec 2026).
• Attire Requirement: Standard setup/event day attire – Own plain black T-shirt, black long pants, and black covered shoes.
