Freelance Event Videographer – Tokyo Conference

This role is for a skilled photography and videography team to provide comprehensive coverage of a high-profile conference event in Tokyo. The assignment requires capturing all key moments, including stage sessions, keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking activities, sponsor areas, speaker portraits, and detailed shots of the venue. The team will be responsible for ensuring both video and photographic documentation of the event, with a focus on delivering high-quality, professional results suitable for post-event marketing and archival purposes.

Deliverables

• Full video coverage of stage sessions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions
• Locked-off wide shot of the stage for continuous recording
• Dynamic B-roll footage capturing event activities, networking, and audience interactions
• High-resolution photographs of speakers, attendees, sponsor areas, and venue details
• Audio recording from the venue mixer, with backup audio equipment in use
• Delivery of edited video and photo assets in agreed formats and within specified timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in event videography and photography, preferably for conferences or corporate events
• Ability to work as part of a team, including two videographers and one photographer
• Proficiency with professional video and photography equipment, including multi-camera setups
• Strong understanding of audio capture and backup recording techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow a detailed shot list
• Availability on August 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tokyo Marriott Hotel
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under time constraints
• Fluency in English or Japanese is preferred
