Freelance Graphic Designer

• Design creative content for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, posters, and company requirements.
• Prepare professional graphics based on Management's requirements and instructions.
• Develop and modify designs according to feedback and revisions.
• Maintain consistency with the company's branding and visual identity.
• Coordinate directly with Management regarding ongoing design requirements, updates, and approvals.
• Attend face-to-face meetings at the company premises when required.
• Complete assigned design work within agreed deadlines.
• Make necessary amendments and provide different design options when requested.
• Support the company with other graphic design requirements as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Strong creative and visual design skills.
• Ability to understand instructions and convert ideas into professional designs.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with Management.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidates must be available for face-to-face meetings and on-site coordination when required.
• A portfolio of previous work is required.

Important Note

This is a freelance position and is not a fully remote / work-from-home role.
The selected candidate will be required to maintain regular coordination with Management and attend the company premises when necessary for discussions, updates, project requirements, and approvals.

Specific design assignments, scope of work, working arrangements, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon during the face-to-face meeting/interview.
