We are seeking an experienced, creative, freelance designer to become an extension of our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys live music, festivals, weddings, and special events and wants to bring those experiences to life through creative marketing.You’ll support two unique businesses through event promotions, digital advertising, organic social media, website updates, and print materials.

Scope of Work

• Design print materials, such brochures, flyers, signage, menus, and marketing collateral / campaigns.
• Create graphics and post social media advertising
• Maintain social calendar
• Update websites with event listings, ticket links, menus, images, and promotional content.
• Adapt creative assets for social media, email marketing, websites, and ticketing platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet deadlines for time-sensitive promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Experience with digital advertising, organic social media, and website updates.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with our team.
• A plus: Photography and video capabilities, and experience with TIXR, Simple Tix, and Quick Draw.

Engagement

This is an ongoing freelance opportunity, with hours varying according to our event calendar and increased workload during our busy May–October season. We’re looking for a long-term creative partner who can contribute ideas and provide dependable marketing support for both businesses.
