We are hiring freelance graphic designers on a project basis to support our creative team with pitch presentations, mockups, and campaign visuals. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, ideally in an agency setting, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is highly preferred. This role offers flexibility, creative collaboration with art directors, and the opportunity to work on diverse projects with the potential for future assignments.

We are seeking experienced freelance graphic designers to join our creative team on a project basis. As we ramp up for multiple client pitches and campaigns, we need agile, talented designers who can hit the ground running. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with our art directors to produce high-impact visuals, mockups, and presentation designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Visual Development: Create high-quality visuals, presentation materials, and mockups aligned with project briefs.
• Campaign Support: Develop creative elements across multiple touchpoints, including digital and print campaigns.
• Pitch Presentations: Collaborate with art directors to develop visually engaging pitch decks and client proposals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
• Quick Turnarounds: Manage multiple deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery under tight schedules.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience Level:
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Proven experience working on campaigns or visual elements for brands or clients.
• Design Tools & Software:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with layout design and visual storytelling in presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
• Motion Graphics (Highly Desirable):
  • Experience using After Effects or other animation tools to develop motion design elements.
  • Ability to create simple animations, kinetic typography, or animated mockups for digital campaigns.
