Freelance Graphic Technician

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time / Freelance Graphic Technician to support our marketing and communications needs. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage time effectively, and produce clean, on-brand visuals for both digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphics for social media, internal communications, and basic marketing materials (posts, banners, flyers, simple brochures).
• Adapt and customize existing templates and brand assets for new campaigns and content.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files in correct formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, PPT, etc.), including basic pre-press checks.
• Perform basic photo editing, cropping, resizing, and layout adjustments.
• Create simple presentations and documents (slide decks, one-pagers) with consistent branding.
• Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines (typically up to 2 rounds per asset).
• Maintain organized files and folders for easy retrieval and future edits.

Requirement:

• Candidates should have at least STPM, Diploma or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Intern / Fresh graduates / final-year students are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Canva (or similar platforms).

• Basic understanding of digital design (social media sizes, web use) and print basics (resolution, bleed, CMYK vs RGB, file formats).

• Able to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

• Strong attention to detail; good sense of layout, typography, and colour.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple small tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills (via WhatsApp, email, or online calls).
