Civil & Infrastructure Engineer with over 15 years of experience in planning, design, tender evaluation, contract administration, construction supervision and infrastructure development. Extensive experience in road and drainage works, sewerage systems, earthworks, utilities coordination, and technical report preparation. Proven ability to manage projects from design through construction while ensuring compliance with JKR, MSMA, SPAN, AIR SELANGOR and IWK requirements. Experienced in preparing tender evaluation reports, technical assessments, cost estimates and engineering documentation for government and private developments.
