Freelance Instructional Designer

Deliverables

• Design and develop the overall course structure, ensuring logical flow and alignment with learning objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive learning content, including multimedia elements and activities.
• Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback throughout the development process.
• Ensure all materials are accessible, user-friendly, and compatible with standard eLearning platforms.
• Deliver final course package ready for deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, specifically for eLearning environments.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to create interactive and visually appealing digital content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working remotely and managing deadlines independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred.
