Missions

• Lead a team of 4 analysts focused on market performance steering, commercial strategy support, and competitive monitoring at a leading marketplace company

• Manage and coordinate the team: prioritization, workload distribution, and output quality

• Oversee the build and maintenance of market performance dashboards and reporting frameworks

• Monitor price competitiveness across markets and surface actionable insights to business teams

• Track supply health metrics and flag risks or opportunities in a timely manner

• Support commercial and strategy teams in adjusting go-to-market and pricing strategies

• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

• Drive analytical best practices and ensure consistency across the team's deliverables

Tools & Environment

• Team of 4 analysts (3 Senior Data Analysts, 1 Associate Expert)

• Strong SQL skills required

• Proficiency in Tableau and familiarity with dbt is a strong plus

• Focus on pricing analytics, marketplace dynamics, and competitive intelligence

Working Conditions

• Freelance contract for 6 months

• Remote-friendly or on-site in Paris / Bordeaux

• Looking for a hands-on lead, plug and play on the existing stack

1. 7+ years in data analytics, with 2-3+ years in a lead or management role

2. Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Tableau and familiarity with dbt is a strong plus

3. Experience in pricing analytics, marketplace dynamics, or competitive intelligence

4. Comfortable working with commercial and strategy stakeholders

5. Strong communication and data storytelling skills

6. E-commerce, marketplace, or tech background is a strong plus
