Learning & Development Consultant (Freelance – Fractional)

Context
Learning & Development Consultant to structure and deliver manager development framework.

The team grew significantly last year, with several internal promotions. The company now wants to assess skill gaps and build a solid, tailored manager training plan.

Scope of the mission

• Working closely with the Head of people to define a clear managerial framework

• Support digestion and interpretation of assessment results

• Design training roadmap for H1 + rest of the year

• Deliver selected training sessions (e.g. delegation, leadership fundamentals)

• Help identify and coordinate external providers if relevant (DISC, SPTI, etc.)

Key objectives

• Build development plans

• Deliver impactful, practical training

• Create sustainable learning routines

Profile we’re looking for

• Experience as in-house L&D Lead

• Passionate about delivering training

• Comfortable facilitating workshops

• Structured, pragmatic, able to adapt to company culture

• Experience in scale-ups or fast-growing environments
