FREELANCE - Odoo HR - Implementation

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Odoo Consultant to support the configuration and optimisation of several Odoo modules, primarily within HR.

The company already uses Odoo for employee data management, performance evaluations, accounting and other business processes.

As the data and processes are already defined, the main objective is to configure the system, automate workflows and ensure smooth operational implementation .

Key Responsibilities

• Odoo Configuration: Configure and optimise existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• ATS Migration: Support the migration from the current ATS to Odoo Recruitment.
• HR Workflow Automation: Configure and implement workflows for employee referrals, training approvals and other internal approval processes.
• Time & Attendance: Assess and configure a straightforward time-tracking solution within Odoo, aligned with the company's needs and Belgian legal requirements.
• Functional Support: Advise HR teams on Odoo functionalities and ensure effective implementation and adoption.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in functional Odoo implementation and configuration .
• Strong knowledge of Odoo HR modules (Recruitment, Employees, Appraisals, Attendances, etc.).
• Experience configuring workflows and automating business processes.
• Previous experience with ATS migrations is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Fluent in English & Dutch
