Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a freelance / part-time

basis to manage and coordinate ongoing precast and construction projects at

various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor precast and construction projects from

execution through completion.

• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and

clients.

• Monitor project timelines, quality, costs, materials and site progress.

• Ensure proper execution of precast installation, construction and related

site activities.

• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

• Prepare regular project progress updates and highlight delays, risks and

requirements to management.

• Coordinate between manufacturing, logistics and site teams for timely

material delivery and installation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction or

precast execution.

• Prior hands-on experience with precast products / precast

construction is preferred.

• Experience in building materials, construction products or

infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of site execution, project coordination,

scheduling and contractor management.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai, Tirupati and other

locations as required.

• Candidates available for freelance / part-time engagement are

preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
