Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate pipeline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and providing clear updates and feedback.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools, professional networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems or structured candidate databases.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Understanding of basic HR and recruitment best practices, including non-discriminatory hiring, data protection, and professional ethics.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, health consulting, or professional services roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Portuguese; English or additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
