Job Description

We are looking for motivated, self driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Freelance Recruiters. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who are interested in recruitment, enjoy communicating with people, and want to develop practical experience while earning commissions based on successful placements.

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for available job opportunities through social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Publish job advertisements and attract potential applicants.
• Review applications and screen candidates according to job requirements.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews as needed.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
• Work toward recruitment targets and contribute to successful placements.

Requirements

• Good to fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Access to a personal laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
• Willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.

Compensation Details
