About the Opportunity

Apna Electrician is looking for a proactive Freelance Recruitment Partner to independently manage hiring for our electrical contracting business.

We require electricians, senior electricians and site supervisors for residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, ITI colleges, WhatsApp groups, referrals and local networks.
• Build and maintain a database of electricians and electrical supervisors.
• Screen candidates based on experience, technical background, salary expectations and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and practical assessments with our team.
• Follow up with selected candidates and manage the process until joining.
• Maintain recruitment records and share weekly progress reports.
• Follow up after joining to confirm candidate retention.

Open Positions

• Electrician / Junior Electrician
• Senior Electrician
• Site Electrician
• Electrical Site Supervisor

Compensation Structure

No fixed monthly salary. Proposed payouts for each successful joining:

• Electrician: ₹1,000–₹1,500
• Senior Electrician: ₹1,500–₹2,000
• Site Supervisor: ₹2,500–₹4,000

Final payout, payment timeline and replacement terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
