FREELANCE RIDER ( CHERAS )

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Freelance Riders to join the BateriHub team in Cheras on a part-time basis. As a Freelance Rider, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and delivery operations, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule whilst contributing to our growing business in the retail and consumer products sector. Based in Putrajaya, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values punctuality, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver products to customers in designated areas within Putrajaya in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
• Navigate routes efficiently to optimise delivery schedules and minimise fuel costs
• Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing queries and gathering feedback
• Complete delivery documentation accurately, including receipts and delivery confirmations
• Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding any delays or issues
• Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a safe driving record
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or damages promptly

What we're looking for

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
• Own reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Knowledge of Putrajaya's road networks and geography
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to handle product loading and unloading
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if required
• Responsible attitude towards vehicle maintenance and safety
• Previous delivery or courier experience is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
