Vaya Technologies provides SaaS products to businesses. We offer flexible service plans to suit every budget and need, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to grow our client base.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for selling our service plans to prospective customers, from first contact to closing the deal. If you are target-driven, confident in conversation and motivated by high earnings, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and reach out to prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn and meetings

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan

• Present and demonstrate our services clearly and persuasively

• Negotiate pricing and close deals

• Prepare customized proposals for clients with specific requirements

• Follow up consistently and build long-term client relationships

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the CRM

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, business development or telesales (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with a commission-based structure

• Basic English (additional languages are a plus)

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email and online meeting platforms

OUR SERVICE PLANS

• Starter Plan: Rs. 4,999

• Growth Plan: Rs. 9,999

• Growth Plus Plan: Rs. 19,999

• Premium Plan: Rs. 27,999

• Custom Plan: As per client requirements

COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES

15% commission on every sale you close.

Your commission per sale:

• Starter (Rs. 4,999): approx. Rs. 750

• Growth (Rs. 9,999): approx. Rs. 1,500

• Growth Plus (Rs. 19,999): approx. Rs. 3,000

• Premium (Rs. 27,999): approx. Rs. 4,200

• Custom: 15% of deal value

Monthly performance bonuses:

• 5 sales in a month: Rs. 2,000 bonus

• 12 sales in a month: Rs. 5,000 bonus

EARNING POTENTIAL

Your income is limited only by your performance. For example, selling 15 Growth Plus plans in a month:

• Commission: 15 x Rs. 3,000 = approx. Rs. 45,000

• Bonus (12+ sales): Rs. 5,000

• Total potential earnings: approx. Rs. 50,000 per month

Earnings are performance-based and depend on sales achieved. The figures above are illustrative maximum potential and not a guaranteed income.
