Duties

• Interpret design specifications and patterns to produce garments or textile items with accuracy and attention to detail
• Sew, assemble, and finish clothing pieces or fabric products using industrial or domestic sewing machines
• Ensure all finished items meet quality standards by inspecting seams, hems, and overall craftsmanship
• Manage your own workflow to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to clarify design details and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and manufacturing best practices
• Keep detailed records of completed projects, materials used, and time spent on each task

Skills

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments or warehouse settings involving sewing or textile production
• Strong proficiency with various sewing techniques and machinery operation
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise stitching
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, and instructions accurately

Pay: $16.60-$28.24 per hour
