Freelance — Senior Talent Acquisition / RPO Consultant (Industrial sector)

The context

On behalf of a leading French industrial group operating in a high-tech, international environment, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition consultant for an embedded RPO mission.

You join the client's HR team in RPO mode to own the recruitment of demanding technical and industrial profiles across multiple geographies (EMEA, US, APAC).

Conditions

• Format: freelance RPO mission (embedded with the client)

• Start: ASAP

• Location: to be confirmed (Île-de-France and/or on-site — hybrid possible depending on the site)

• Duration: long-term mission, to be scoped

• Day rate: depending on profile and seniority

What we expect from you

• Industrial-sector knowledge is a must: automotive, aerospace, mechanical, electronics or equivalent. You know how to speak with engineers and technical hiring managers.

• A true hunter, not a flow-managing recruiter. You hunt relentlessly and intelligently, with a real sourcing methodology.

• Constant scoping of the need and the managers: you challenge hiring managers, reframe the brief and hold the line.

• Confirmed / senior profile — at least 4 years on the same job, proven ability to challenge demanding stakeholders.

• Fluent / bilingual English (C1 minimum) is mandatory — you will operate daily in an international context, recruiting across regions and working with global stakeholders.
