Role Overview

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professionalism during every appointment.
• Arrive on time for confirmed bookings.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Keep your service portfolio, pricing, and availability updated on Jollyfer.
• Build positive customer reviews through excellent service.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more beauty, salon, grooming, or wellness services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• Ability to travel for home-service appointments (if applicable).
• Portfolio, certifications, or previous work experience are a plus but not mandatory for skilled professionals.
