Role & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably with freelance recruitment exposure.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Candidates with an existing professional network or candidate database will be preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
