Freelance Technical Interviewer

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal AI Architect / Conversational AI Architect / GenAI Solutions Architect to join our external technical interview panel.

The ideal professional should have strong hands-on expertise in Conversational AI, AWS, Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Amazon Nova Sonic, and Amazon Bedrock .

The selected panelist will conduct advanced technical interviews to assess candidates for Principal AI Architect positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical interviews for senior and principal-level AI Architect candidates.
• Evaluate expertise in Conversational AI, voice AI agents, real-time speech-to-speech systems, and GenAI applications.
• Assess hands-on proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
• Evaluate architecture and implementation experience with Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Nova Sonic.
• Assess LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent architectures.
• Evaluate low-latency conversational AI systems, streaming, session management, and scalability.
• Conduct scenario-based architecture discussions involving real-world enterprise AI applications.
• Assess AWS cloud architecture, security, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Provide structured technical feedback, candidate ratings, and hiring recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall technology experience, including significant AI/ML and GenAI architecture experience.
• Currently or previously working as a Principal AI Architect, Chief AI Architect, Distinguished AI Engineer, or equivalent.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade conversational AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of real-time voice AI, streaming architecture, latency optimization, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience conducting technical interviews for senior/principal architect-level positions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical evaluation skills.
