DataForce at TransPerfect is looking for Telugu speakers to join our Olivenite project as Freelance Transcriber.
Task Description.
-As a LANGUAGE Transcriber, your task will be to listen to audio files and edit pre-transcribed texts following provided guidelines, segment the speech to identify different speaker turns and annotate non-speech events (e g, background music).
Requirements.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifying criteria: Be over 18 years old.
Reside in India.
Have idiomatic fluency in Telugu.
Have advanced English-language skills.
Have availability to work 10 hours per week or more.
Have access to a reliable and steady internet connection and computer.
Have excellent spelling and grammar knowledge, typing speed and accuracy.
Have excellent time management.
Be able to understand and implement feedback.
Previous transcription and/or annotation experience is a plus.
