Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freelance Translator to join our global language team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating a wide range of content from one language to another, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance. Responsibilities

• Translate written content accurately from source language to target language while maintaining original tone and intent
• Review and proofread translations to ensure grammatical correctness, consistency, and cultural appropriateness
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand specific translation requirements and deadlines
• Use translation tools and software to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress, questions, or clarifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to quality standards and delivery timelines
• Keep detailed records of translation work, terminology preferences, and client feedback for future reference

Experience

• Proven experience in professional translation, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating multilingual capabilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Strong typing skills for efficient translation work and quick turnaround times
• Familiarity with translation software such as CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation) is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and ability to adapt tone based on target audience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
