In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT, facilitating website execution and technical delivery. As a self-starter and practical problem solver, you will translate business requirements into actionable user stories, manage Jira sprint priorities, and help optimize our digital platforms for peak efficiency.

-Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a plus).
-Experience with Google Analytics 4 to review page performance and inform ticket priorities.
- Exposure to web tools/integrations (e.g., chatbots, localization, customer reviews, AEO/SEO practices).
