Freelancer Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through online channels, social media, networking, and other creative methods.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes. Requirements:
