Job Summary

QR Connect 24 Network is looking for experienced Freelancer Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales Executive positions.

This is a performance-based, work-from-home opportunity for recruiters seeking additional income alongside their existing job, freelance assignments, or other commitments.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring active candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and successful joining closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Field Sales Executive and other assigned sales positions through recruitment portals, referrals, social media, and personal databases.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, communication skills, location suitability, salary expectations, and joining availability.
• Prioritize candidates with experience in merchant acquisition, QR code sales, POS machines, soundbox sales, and other field sales activities.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination and successful joining.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, salary structure, incentives, fieldwork requirements, and job location to candidates.
• Follow up regularly with candidates to minimize interview no-shows and offer dropouts.
• Share relevant, screened CVs with the internal recruitment team in the agreed format.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker covering candidate sourcing, submissions, interviews, selections, and joining status.
• Coordinate with the QR Connect team for feedback, interview scheduling, and closure updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in Field Sales, Sales Hiring, or Volume Hiring.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with all four recruitment platforms:
• Apna Recruiter
• Job Hai
• Naukri.com
• Shine.com
• Must be proficient in searching, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through these platforms.
• Recruitment experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG will be preferred.
• Experience in high-volume field sales recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to source candidates independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong candidate communication, screening, and follow-up skills.
• Must have a personal laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and coordinating through calls, WhatsApp, and online tools.
• An existing candidate database or access to sourcing channels will be an advantage.

Compensation and Earning Potential

• ₹3,000 per successful hire.
• Payment within 30 days, subject to the agreed payment terms and successful joining validation.
• Potential to earn ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month by completing approximately 10–14 successful hires.
• This is a performance-based opportunity; there is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income.
• Suitable for recruiters looking for flexible freelance work or an additional income source.
